The service consists of carrying out fire resistance tests on vertical and horizontal non-loaded separation elements, on doors, and all fire reaction tests provided for by the Ministerial Decree of 26 June 1984 of the Italian Ministry of the Interior, and the EN 13501-1 standard.
In addition, the laboratory performs fire reaction tests on materials and components for railway vehicles.
