Cantiere Rossini has obtained the MaRINA Excellence certification, attesting the quality of port, tourist and accommodation services and which certifies a commitment to sustainability and safety. Cantiere Rossini is a small company located in Pesaro with 12 berths for large yachts, equipped with all the necessary comforts and with a project for huge expansion.
The goal of Cantiere Rossini was to evaluate the quality level of marinas for large yachts, and to do so they chose to rely on RINA’s MaRINA Excellence certification: "The MaRINA Excellence certification show us to be suppliers of high quality services and is certainly appreciated by customers coming to us both for the first time and beyond” said Alfonso Postorino, Shipyard Director for Cantiere Rossini, adding: “The discussion with RINA regarding the award of the MaRINA Excellence certification was extremely useful and constructive. As we expected, various ideas for improvement emerged which contributed to enhancing our services".
The evaluation criterion of MaRINA Excellence is based on an independent and objective system according to which every organisational and logistical aspect is assigned a score from 0 to 10. The proximity to the city of Pesaro, a wide choice of restaurants including a Michelin-starred option, an excellent 24/7 mooring service, the possibility of bunkering and a 5-star concierge service have allowed Cantiere Rossini to obtain this prestigious recognition making their quay the perfect starting point from which to discover this magnificent part of Italy, or for a quick technical stop.
Cantiere Rossini actually obtained 4 rudders out of 5 and will proceed as soon as possible to implement the improvement opportunities identified during the certification process to obtain the fifth rudder: "During verification, certain points emerged that will require attention in the coming years, but overall the achievement of the four rudder rating gives us enormous satisfaction, especially considering that we have only been in business for a short time” concluded Mr. Postorino.
