The purpose of the activity is to verify and assess the status of both core and ancillary airport facilities, with particular reference to the operations and maintenance of technical systems and equipment, Data room document management, Standard Level Agreements (SLAs), Customer Experience, Business Continuity and Emergency Management.

Conclusion

Our team will conduct several interviews with the SAVE people, in order to collect the track records and feedback about the service level agreements that have been performed till now.
The Working Group will present proposals for adapting the current technical management staff and structures and will indicate new tools that will allow SAVE to raise the level of services delivered to the passengers, which has now become a strategic Mission for SAVE Management.
Based on RINA results, technical criteria as such as the key performance indicators and contractual clauses will be improved in order to protect SAVE within the future global services contracts, also with the direct involvement of a focused and efficient Facility Management company.
