From the UN 2030 Agenda and the European Union’s Guidelines to the PNRR (the National Recovery and Resilience Plan) launched in April 2021 by the Draghi Government, the objective of “Diversity, Equity & Inclusion” and, more specifically, that of “gender equality”, are now among the main priorities of national and international institutions.
ISO, the International Organization for Standardization, has made its contribution to address these issues by publishing on 4 May 2021 the ISO 30415:2021 – Human Resources Management – Diversity and Inclusion standard, in accordance with which it is possible to obtain a certification.
RINA contributes to enriching the panorama of gender equality evaluation tools by defining a scheme called “Gender Equality Assessment” built in partnership with Unitelma Sapienza which can prepare organisations for the gender equality certification required by the PNRR Mission #5.
